Q: Do you still offer free shipping?

A: Yes! We now offer FREE shipping on non-hazmat orders for over $100.

Q: Why am I being charged shipping now?

A: Shipping costs have increased significantly over the last several years. Rather than increasing prices across all products, we chose to continue offering free shipping on qualifying orders over $100 while keeping product pricing competitive.

Q: How do I get free shipping?

A: Simply add $100 or more of eligible non-hazmat items to your cart and free shipping will automatically apply at checkout

Q: My order is over $100. Why didn’t I get free shipping?

A: Some items, including hazmat products, require special handling and shipping regulations and do not qualify for standard free shipping. Please review product details or contact us if you have questions

Q: If I order fuel and merchandise together, do I still pay shipping?

A: Yes. Hazmat shipping charges still apply when fuel products are included in the order due to special transportation requirements.

Q: Why does race fuel still have a $70 shipping charge?

A: Hazmat products require specialized packaging, labeling, and transportation requirements due to federal shipping regulations. Because of these added requirements, hazmat orders continue to have a flat $70 shipping charge per order.

Q: Why does shipping cost so much?

A: Shipping costs vary based on package size, weight, and location. We work hard to keep shipping rates as low as possible while continuing to provide quality products and service.

Q: I’m close to the free shipping minimum. What can I do to receive free shipping?

A: Great news! Simply add one or two additional eligible products to your order to unlock free shipping.
